In order to better serve you, office visits are by appointment. To make an appointment, call 812-282-4844 during office
hours. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call as soon as possible to cancel. For emergency or urgent situations,
every effort is made to see you as soon as possible.
This is a teaching practice, which means occasionally Residents or Medical Students will accompany the doctors. If you
prefer not to have them present during your visits, please let our staff know.
New Patients
We are accepting new patient's!
Generally, a new patient visit takes between 1-2 hours.
New patient visits are available mornings and afternoons (not later than 3:00)
We ask that new patients schedule appointments to establish with our office early, rather than waiting in case of
an illness or injury.
First time patients need to bring:
A list of medications or precription bottles of any medication that is being taken.
All insurance cards.
