E. Ray Knight, M.D. FACP
is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Medical School and completed his training in Internal Medicine at Rush University, where
he was Chief Resident.
He is a native of Indiana and has been practicing since 1979. He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College
of Physicians. He is a Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville. He was awarded the Graves Award for Excellence
in Clinical Teaching by the University of Louisville.

Mark E. Head, M.D.
is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at the
Louisville affiliated hospitals. He is a native of Louisville and started at this practice in 2000. He is Board Certified
and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville. He is a Medical Director for Vistacare Hospice.He
was just recently certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is also Medical
Director for Clark Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Clarksville.

Tina N. Bradley, M.D.
is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her training in Internal Medicine at
the University of Louisville affiliated hospitals. She is a native of Danville, Kentucky and started at this practice in 2004.
She is Board Certified. She was awarded the Community Based Program Award for most outstanding performance on a rotation in
a community setting. She is a Medical Director of Vistacare Hospice. She is the Medical Director for Riverview Village in
Clarksville. She is a Physician Consultant for Amedisys Home Health Care.
