THANK YOU!

Telephone Calls:

Our well trained office staff is available throughout the day to answer your calls. The staff can answer many of your questions. If you need to speak with the physician, a call can usually be returned that day. It is important for the doctors to have your chart available, so please try to call during office hours. Our answering service is available to take your calls during the lunch hour (12:00-1:00)
as well as nights and weekends, just dial our regular phone #:812-282-4844.

Prescriptions:

We recommend having prescriptions written during routine office visits. Please try not to wait until you are completely out of a medication. If you are refilling a medication that one of our physicians ordered, just call your pharmacy and ask for a refill. There is no need to contact us. The pharmacy will either call or fax us the request for you. Only in emergencies will refills be called in after hours or on weekends. Under no circumstances will any controlled substances be called in after office hours.
If you need refills for out of town pharmacies, (where a 3 month supply) is ordered, please request them when you are in the office during a regular appointment or mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Lab Results

Our doctors may order laboratory tests as part of the evaluation of your general health due to specific concerns.  These tests are always reviewed carefully by the physicians and staff. If the blood test is being done to monitor certain medications, someone will call you with the results as soon as they are available to us.
